Fantastic location and excellent fish food. I loved the crudo antipasto. And even when they forget to serve the wine to my mother-in-law, the excuse is nice and charming.

I have been today for the first time at the Antica Dogana. I have been positively impressed from the location, quality of the food and perfect service. In my case I was also with the perfect partner in crime, so 10/10 the rate of today lunch. If you are in the area don’t miss to have a bite here.
I was literally sent here by the hotel guide. (I’m fairly certain they get kickbacks for some of these ‘suggestions’) The location is incredible with some fantastic views in a quiet spot (compared to Venice). I don’t eat raw fish or shellfish often, and rarely overseas, so I can’t speak to that. However the fish, sea bass, grilled, was great and though I hoped for grilled vegetables, the fried vegetables were ok. (A little too much breading) The dessert was my favorite part of the meal. Truly enjoyed watching the boats and the ferries coming and going. Great spot on a sunny day.

Expensive restaurant but experience eating there was a disappointment due to one very rude and miserable waiter. When you pay 190 for lunch for 2 people you expect to feel happy with everything and the initial experience upon entering car park and this waiter coming out to us very upset thinking his car spot was been taken was an absolute disgrace
Very nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Very good restaurant! Nice to stay for a visit to Venice. The watertaxi is at the front of the hotel.
Nice view, food was of a good quality but too salty to my taste. Was disappointed by rude personnel at the bar
A beautiful Restaurant in front of Venice and it's Islands with moderate prices considering location, be there at Sunset and you will learn to fly without wings.
