I really appreciate you taking the temperature of every passenger. Sadly I have just come off a ferry from Maiori to Amalfi where the lady in front of me measured 38.5 - which is clearly fever. I didn’t quite understand what she told them but clearly she wasn’t happy about not being allowed to board. After 5minutes back and forth they allowed her on. I really love Italy and this is not to be negative but please take your measures more seriously. Yes it was the same day as I left the review. It was the first ferry in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful crew. Clean and comfortable ferry with plenty of room and a great trip. BUT the old guy at the ticket office in Salerno on the right hand window on 3rd July at about 11am took advantage of my situation being in a rush to get on the ferry with three large bags and hand luggage and my wife and young child. This thief helped himself to 10euros of my change. The act was deliberate because the change provided was inserted amongst the tickets and the thief new that I was going to rush to get on the ferry and the shortfall would not be noticed until too late. Please Travelmar, take this money from the thief’s pay and give it to a decent charity.
Staff were helpful and polite, helping with our luggage without us having to ask. We were particularly impressed with the way they helped a blind lady negotiate her way on and off the ferry. Great way to travel. Much better than on a crowded bus.
Very efficient and convenient service in Amalfi coast. In fact it is the most time saving option as public transportation within amalfi coast. People are friendly and professional.
If you buy tickets online, you still have to go to the ticket office at the port, even if they text you that the online ticket is you boarding pass! Besides that everything worked out fine. A bit crowded but if you get on the boat early you can sit in the front and enjoy the views
