They have an extraordinary and thoughtfull staff. The bike guy was really resourceful and funny. We definitely recommend it for bike rentals.

Have sold non fitting swimming goggles to my underage kid. Staff is rude and was unwilling to return goggles. After we insisted to exchange they were unwilling to return the change. If you want to get ripped off go here. If you have a choice avoid this place under any circumstance

Wir haben hier 4 E-Mountainbikes geliehen. Man muss sagen dass der Service echt ausbaufähig ist. Es gab quasi keine Einweisung und das Personal war alles andere als freundlich. Dass dazu noch diverse Straßen der verschiedenen Mountainbike Routen gesperrt waren wurde uns auch nicht berichtet (da man dann noch zusätzlich mit der Gondel fahren musste). Die Bikes sind top, der Service aber leider überhaupt nicht

Bester Skiverleih im ganzen Gebiet. Kompetente freundliche Mitarbeiter, faire Preise, sehr schöne Auswahl auch an Sportbekleidung. Schade, daß man nicht mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben kann!
