(ASBO) for the origination, selection, structuring and execution of investments and divestments and for the active management of portfolio companies. * Aliante Equity 2 and Aliante Secondary Buy Out are Investment Holding Companies, with share capital of € 10 million and € 20 million respectively. The Companies have a target capitalization of € 30 million and € 50 million respectively. * The Investment Holding Companies are governed by their respective Boards of Directors, which are assisted by Strategic Committees formed of entrepreneurs and professionals –shareholders/investor with proven experience in various business sectors. OBJECTIVES The objective of both Investment Holding Companies is the sustainable medium term development of Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs) for a steady growth of shareholders value. * Aliante Equity 2 focuses on the high tech engineering sector which includes automation and control software, specific furniture production and on services and components for energy. * Aliante Secondary is dedicated to the food sector; its objective is to become a national leader in the bakery sector for a subsequent listing on the stock market.
