this store is \ the old fashion shopping experience \ you can have in italy, while visiting department stores and electronics retailers. staff aren't fully trained and knowledgeable while their skills are not even \ refreshed \ to be a match with a more digital era also, sales attendants have no clue of the competition around these days and their internet skills in particular have not developed. members of staff won't supply sufficient information and detailed description about goods and appliances available and in stock, staff members cannot even offer an alternative to match our needs and sales attendants aren't that smart either, they won't even come up with offering home delivery and for anything they can find while surfing the net, then charging a small fee for the \ data entry \ task.
