About a week ago I was fortunate to have dinner again at the Palazzino and the experience was wonderful. The food was amazing, wine choice was superb and the service impeccable. I recently had dinner at Single Thread a restaurant outside San Francisco which was awarded 3 Michelin stars. I do believe that Mrs Pavin and her children definitely deserve a visit from the Michelin crew. It is inexplicable to me why a restaurant with this level of sophistication, accompanied by the quality of the food and the perfect service has not been awarded at least one star yet. I am grateful for the experience and I can’t wait to go back

Raffinato ed elegante; perfetto per occasioni speciali. Cucina che cerca sapori genuini e sani (molte cose se le producono da se). Piatto forte: tartufo in tante \salse\. La chef - con passato di ristoranti a New York - è una garanzia. L'ovetto - il loro piatto - è da provare. Si può mangiare anche fuori (su richiesta). Effettivamente un po' caro però li merita tutti. Almeno una volta all'anno proviamo ad andarci. Il personale è davvero gentile e professionale. L'ambiente è rassicurante e piacevole.
Siamo andati per festeggiare la cresima di mio figlio Giovanni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottimo l'ovetto col tartufo, primi molto squisiti e ricercati, secondi molto curati sia nel gusto che nella estetica. I dolci fatti dalla Nancy sono sublimi. I vini proposti da Alessandro sono ben abbinati ad ogni piatto. Vi consiglio vivamente di provare questo locale.
Splendido locale, romantico e ottimo per provare delle degustazioni squisite. Personale gentile e preparato. Questo luogo ben si presta per cene di lavoro e aziendali... assicurando un ottima figura.
