Best pizza in town. A simple place but the owner and chef has passion for pizza. All pizza fermented for 20-24 hours. The chef talks about harmony in ingredients of pizza. Compares over stuffed and oily pizzazz to a women that is only made beautiful through extensive make up. He believes in internal and eternal beauty. How great is the concept?
