Our stay at Agrivilla I Pini was beyond our expectations, whilst we have a high standard for holidays. Two years ago we discovered this hotel whilst we were looking for a good plant-based restaurant. We were offered a tour around the hotel by one of the lovely staff members. The attention for details which are aligned with the sustainable and organic concept of the hotel is amazing. We stayed for five nights and were spoiled by the food, the passionate staff and had inspiring conversations. If you think about staying at this hotel, please don't hesitate, just make that booking. We are definitely coming back as soon as we have the chance!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is SO KIND! The food is out of this world. Lahiri the head chef and his team make glorious meals to experience and taste. An authentic italian experience from the food, wine, views and decor.

We had an absolute memorable and delicious experience at Agrivilla I Pini. To the Ladies in the kitchen: great job! We loved it!!! Specially the Breakfast with all its different tastes was extraordinary. To enchanting Nathalia: you made the whole stay even more special and sprinkled the philosophy of i pini! To Marco, responsible for the yummy vegetables and fruits; your garden is so inspiring & everything tasted delicious! Dear Familie Posch, thank you so much! We will definitely come back!

It's all really great here, the ambiance, the rooms, the pool, the view of San Gimignano and great vegan food. The perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. Again and again a pleasure.

It wasn't easy to leave this place after such a wonderful stay! The room is really cozy and you can feel Tuscany's atmosphere in it. The countryside landscape is astonishing, even though the agrivilla is not far from the pictorial San Gimignano village. They value a sustainable and healthy way of living, which includes a vegan diet. For the first time in my life, I didn't have to worry about what I was eating during my trip! The food is colorful and tasty, and the breakfast buffet is amazing! The organic wines of their own production are also really flavoursome. I also took a cooking class with the creative Chef Lahiri and it was totally worth it, it was interesting to see how the different herbs can bring freshness to the dishes. Once again, thank you all for these incredible moments, I'll be surely coming back to i pini again!

There is a vegan and sustainable hotel called #ipini
I was so happy to see that in Tuscany this concept start striving as well
It's totally vegan, organic and chemical free hotel!!! Imagine that We went there to have our lunch break while hiking in the Tuscan hills. I said that I am raw vegan and they have served us with so many delicious and special things such as fresh smoothies, raw activated nuts and seeds, sprouted lentils, and raw crackers. Of course, it's not a good idea to mix so many ingredients at one dish, but it was a great experience. The world is changing and it feels inspiring to be part of this shift
Just for info - The main dish costed 18. Smoothie 8… which is expensive. Hopefully soon this food will be a normal thing not a trendy, and the prices will adjust.
Moreover, their pool isn't cleaned by chlorine, they use salt water and we were allowed to jump into it and refresh ourself! I don't swim in the pools as I avoid chlorine. That was so cool!
And their personal (of course very friendly people ;-)) told us that in 10 years there will be a "food forest" where people can walk and get fruits and veggies on the way It's sounds like a magic for me as I dream about this future. Maybe one day in every park in the cities we will get "food parks")
