Good food but not so good for kids. Really resembles classic Italian food.

The food was amazing, very fresh and a lovely warm amptoshphere. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and safe to say I'll definitely be returning. All staff were very friendly and came round to say hello to every table and had a chat which was lovely. I would expect to pay a lot more than I did for the meal as it was amazing.

Had a fantastic evening here as a prelude to our wedding. 60 people for dinner and the service and cost were brilliant!!!

I came here following a recommendation of a friend who has stayed here before and had told me great things about it. He was not exaggerating. This place oozes family atmosphere. It is everywhere - when you step into the authentic dining room, grandfather of the family welcomes you, and later comes along for a chat during dinner and offers you a glass of Grappa. But it does not stop there - every member of this wonderful family makes it clear that they have opened their home and their hearts to welcome you in. And then there is food.... Italy is a country of a good food but the food they serve at L'Uliveto is something special. Prepared from fresh ingredients plucked right there on their farm, pasta prepared fresh daily and it is simply divine, their own wine served at the dinner and their own olive oil is out of this world. There is no pretentious food here and it does not need to be - it is honest, authentic and even a bit rustic but healthy and very very tasty. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is very attentive and remembers small details of individual guests preferences. All in all staying here is an excellent value for money. Wi-Fi is available but it is a bit on the slow side but that is a consequence of their location and sub-par infrastructure available in this part of the country. Owners do speak a little english but that did not bother me in the slightest. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. I know I will be coming back soon.
