14 years ago this place did the best carbonara in Rome, hands down (spent 3 years looking). And today?... It certainly didn't disappoint! Amazing food! The carbonara is to die for. So rich and creamy with aged crispy and caramelised bacon. YUM. Perfect service from experienced staff and worth every penny.
