Charming family, a very memorable experience! We tried quite a few vinegars and heard all about the traditions of the family and the area. Wonderful activity for a family or group. The vinegars are incredible!
Just unbelievable hospitality and craftsmanship. You will learn so much, and never go back to regular balsamic again!! A haven for food, an institution, a legend!!!
