A cozy and clean bead and breakfast place that is well situated in Rome (The Colosseum is a 10-15 minute walk). The people that greet and serve you are really kind and make you feel welcome. It is a small but nice place, and you get the added perk of an actually good breakfast and Wi-Fi. I was there on a family trip and we used the biggest room which can accommodate 6 people. You can also find other travelers when you have breakfast, and the ones we met were so kind that suggested us some free guided tours that were supported by tips. The few disadvantages are that the place is in a 2nd floor and the elevator is really old and small, and that the place is small and can get fully booked easily.
