Ordered a beautiful glass plate (Bovolo Ivory) on 8/14/18 received 8/30/18 - didn't realize I was ordering from Italy - was a bit concerned, but the experience was awesome. I emailed them about my order a week after the order was placed and they emailed me within 24 hours with the tracking number. The glass plate is gorgeous, better than I expected. I can't wait to order something else from them!
