The wine and service was good but I felt a bit pushed by asking the food to order before giving the menu. 2 glass of wine some salami cuts and cheese selections (which was tasty) costed 50 euro. I would suggest offering a menu and waiting for order from the customer.

Leave it to your host Graziano and let him select for you one of their outstanding wines paired with a delicious locally sourced taglierei. Grab a seat outside and watch the world go by in beautiful Spello. A perfect Sunday afternoon with a lovely rose’ from Puglia.

Lovely wine corner located in a strategic pathway. Awesome selection of bio wine and cold dishes (olive oil and truffles simply divine). Graziano and his wife are beautiful hosts and very knowledgeable. Bravo!

As a food and wine lover, I found this place a rip-off. Is seems stylish and well thought, but the reality is that you pay a far too heavy price for all of it. We had an average Orvieto Classico and a good Franciacorta, both quite expensive to Italian norms, but it was the bruschetta that really was incredible - in the bad way. I can appreciate good olive oil and bread, but to charge 4,50 euros for two slices?! Plus coperto? That’s a shame - and I told the owner so (who firmly disagreed). Add to that an unprofessional service (labels of wine were not shown, no explanation whatsoever about the wine) and this seems to me a wine bar unworthy of its name.

Owner was nice. Helped us select a local bottle to take home.
