The cost to ship into the states through customs is not worth it. When I contacted them they denied responsibility even though it was labeled glassware. I was shocked so I even message one of the guys on instagram because thats where I found them he was beyond rude and called me the C word!! I have it in writing and I never wrote anything bad just how it wasn't fair I didn't even used profanity. Could be language issue but was beyond rude, too bad because the glassware is nice. I was going buy a chandelier too after my vase but they run the business really bad!!!!

I bought a beautiful and unique murano glass pendant which I love just as much now as the day I bought it. Be aware that listed prices were very high but there is opportunity for negotiation. Also we saw their telanted crafts men at work and were amazed!

I loved the workmanship of their glass art and thus purchased a piece after lengthy discussions. They assured me that there would be no further costs. I Obtained my glass art purchase, but had to pay an additional 560 to DHL for United States Import taxes.... ALL BECAUSE they erred and marked the freight as \glassware\ instead of \glass art\. Glass Art is NOT TAXED. I emailed them about their mistake and received a denial of responsibility type of email. If I had to base my rating on workmanship alone....it would be 5 stars..... Unfortunately, their bad business practices makes them less than desirable to deal with.... STAY AWAY.
