Absolute rip-off. We bought skip-the-line tickets to the Doges Palace and Basilica San Marco in Venice. We paid 35 each and the Basilica was closed on the day we booked our tickets for, so we only got to do the Doges Palace. It costs only 19 to buy your tickets direct. Thieves.

very nice gondola ride, appreciated commentary on board with our mobile
I purchased the Gondola Ride with music and was very disappointed that the ride for (6) didn’t have proper seating for (6) adults. There were 4 seats (chairs); 1 stool and 1 step with padding. Since my hubby and I were the last 2 to board, the only option was the stool and step w/padding. We chose to forego the Gondola. We were expecting appropriate seating for adults. So beware when purchasing your tickets and need adult seating! Oh and the company refused to give a refund. See other complaints below about seating.
I went in Venice last week with my friends and we downloaded the Full Venice App, it was very fantastic! We visited a lot of places and we went around the magic city of Venice, all day and all night. Also we tried the Treasure Hunt, we had a lot of funny! It's a very easy to learn about a new city. Thanks for all.
Gondola ride was great. Unfortunately it seems all the Gondola Captains have been told to not talk to anyone about the area or the ride and about the water ways. Kind of sad.
