Amazing guineafowl with grapes! Famous for fried brain and tagliolini with lemon, meat is super here. Hystorical trattoria. Familiar atmosphere with fantastic terrace on countryside in summer and nice fireplace in winter. It is a very good place for group of friends. 30 minutes driving in a nice countryside from Florence.

Il fritto che abbiamo preso sinceramente aveva poco di speciale, non era per niente croccante, soltanto le verdure di stagione erano croccanti al punto giusto. I 2 antipasti, crostoni di lardo erano abbastanza buoni anche se il lardo non si era abbastanza sciolto sul pane che risultava tiepido, nel crostino di fagioli si sentiva troppo l'aglio che copriva il sapore dei fagioli, il crostino di cavolo nero era buono anche se il cavolo nero sembrava più spinacio.

Salendo sulle colline fiorentine, zona Cercina, si trova questa specialità a I Ricchi: il fritto in ragnatela, costituito da pollo, coniglio e cervello. Ho accompagnato con Morellino di Scansano del 2017 e verdure fritte. Delizioso e prezzi ottimi, favoloso per andarci in gruppo anche sulla terrazza esterna. Consigliato.
