Went to do a free service check for my bass guitar and have a modification installed. They do this free service check after a couple of months after purchase (for purchase in store at least, for online I don’t know). Very professional service with proper explanation as always.

The perfect place. You can find what you want. The staff is available for every question, the are quick and really prepared to answer. There are instruments for every kind o people. The prices are normal and not huge. It’s open also at lunch time.
Was there a year ago and found the perfect used guitar for me, on a great price too. It's now sounding in Uruguay.

Very big selection of top brands. Worth a trip to Bologna, having both a large, separate guitar, bass, amp and effects shop on the corner and a big general music shop up the road. They have their own Eric Clapton Bluesbreakers Beano Les Paul above the counter, too. Also, staff seem friendlier than those in Florence!
