When I booked my tours it clearly stated that it was fully refundable at any time. When I cancelled due to cancelled flights months before the tours, they promised a refund in 30 days. Months later, no refund and only a mostly useless future credit that has to be used within a few years to an area I’m unlikely to be able to travel to (assuming this company is even still around by then) Conveniently the posted online policy was changed AFTER booking. Not happy and they refuse to accommodate their original promise. (Yet they are okay with taking on new tours?) Good luck to any future customers.

Great experience with Sara this morning on the early access Vatican Museum tour. The sweet spot is Wed morning and you'll have the museum almost to yourself as everyone is in the square waiting for the Pope.
Please DO NOT EVER USE THE TOUR GUY (aka THE ROMAN GUY)!!! I booked several tours with them in January 2020 for a trip to Italy that was supposed to occur in June 2020 (over 3500 worth!). They have been promising me a full refund since March 17, 2020 for tours that were not supposed to happen until mid June. They even sent me an email confirmation of the refund there were going to issue. They asked me to wait 30-90 days. I agreed. They called me in mid May asking if I’d accept a voucher and I declined. I called again and emailed. Now (early June) they decided to say that they’ve changed their policy and will only issue a voucher. And if I try to dispute it they will win and it will take up significant time for me to do so. And they added a nice and nasty touch of automatically issuing a voucher the day after I told them that I would contest the charge with my credit card company if I had to. My credit card company just said that if a voucher is issued they won’t dispute the charge - something The Tour Guy already knew. I was planning on booking the same 4 tours I originally booked when we were able to travel in the future, but now I would never use them. Never!
Franco guided us through the Vatican and it was perfectly informative. He has a big knowledge and can answer every single question. We enjoyed it a lot.
We had absolutely the best time touring the Colosseum and Palatine Hill with Papa Franco. Worth every penny! Would do it again in a heartbeat.
