Had no problem whatsoever using sit bus. Bought the ticket online and got an electronic ticket on my mobile phone. I took the bus from ciampino airport, bus stand no. 2 to termini. The bus showed up 20 minutes early, so I sat on it for a while. It left exactly on time then arrived 15 minutes early at termini.

Great services, both of our rides were on time. I highly recommend! From/to Fiumicino it takes approximately 1 hour. This company was also used by my son last month and he was also very satisfied. Greetings to these cheerful employees at Termini stop :-) Thanks!

Price: 6 for this bus ... or ... 48 for a taxi Service: I don’t know why people are complaining about service and rude people. The staff are efficient, do you really need a large smile, prompt departure, and assistance with baggage for 6? I’ve used their services 3 times now, once from the airport and twice from the Vatican. Efficiency: I easily booked online twice, a day in advance, and once on the spot. I showed up 20 minutes in advance. I didn’t see anyone get turned away, nor did I see the bus full on any of those 3 trips. If you are a well organized person, then definitely use this bus. If you are not an organized person then take a taxi or a train!! The drop off spot is a little confusing but that is where the airport allocates busses to stop. Not this company’s fault.
I had to pay for the ticket for the same trip two times. I've made a complaint and ask for the refund but nothing happened.
