Very bad experience having food at this restaurant 2 days ago. The owner of this restaurant shouldn’t accept tour business and getting all the tourists including myself having meal at the restaurant while construction is on going. Created very hazardous environment and unsafe for tourists to dine at this place as full of dust and chemical smell. Totally unacceptable that with bad business ethics and mindset in running restaurant. You would know better when you look at the pictures. Sabotaging tour business partner and created resentment from customers.
I went to this ristorante with three children 10 and 11 year olds. They weren’t hungry, so it wasn’t necessary to get ‘all you can eat option’. However, the waitress said as we sat down that ‘these children are half price’ pointing to my children. This was the easier option for me, so I said ‘ok’. When I went to pay the lady at the till made my kids stand by a height chart and insisted that they pay an adult rate. I mentioned that we didn’t want to eat much and was initially go order from the menu. Her colleague had said the children were half price and didn’t mention measurements. The lady at the till got very angry pointing at the chart and shouting ‘you ate a lot!!’ She didn’t want to listen to my explanations she just want the money and continued to insist that I pay. I absolutely refused to pay an extra 30 as we really hadn’t eaten much. The whole experience was not a pleasant display for my children, they were pretty scared with this very angry lady. I will never go there again. The food however was very good, I cannot complain about the food.But there is not enough staff and in the end we gave up waiting for the prawns and our icecream dessert.
