Nice to be eating out after the long COVID-19 absurd lockdown. -- The risotto here is top notch. I had a combo of two vegetarian risottos: Asparagus and Norma-style one. They made sure to use vegetable stock too. The risotto was creamy on its own, thanks to a great cooking style and of course, to the finest rice. No butter has been added during the \matecatura\. I loved them. We also ordered a side order of Arancini which were so delicate and delicious. P.S: I have eaten at their location in Roma too, but the experience dining in here was much better.

If you like risotto then this is the place to come! Fantastic range of tasty rice dishes, the local version with minced pork is a favourite. Note they only do rice dishes here.
