I went here today as my friend had to renew my friend’s residency permit. Have waited not much time and have also found an officer who helped us by giving some information about renewal and change of type of residency permits. Actually I am satisfied of the service.

5 hours waiting to get an officer yelling like a crazy at me as if It was my fault their outdated system doesn't work. He didn't even apologize for being so rude, just said he was yelling at me because the system sucks. So what? Since when yelling and being rude help anyone to sort out any problem? Sorry to inform Mr. Officer, yelling and being angry doesn't help in anything, not at all! I was waiting for FIVE HOURS! I should be angry, I should be impatient, and last, but not least I SHOULDN'T be treated like that. Wish peace and love for all the ones who work there. World needs more kindness, calm and above all we need to respect each other!

E da chiudere ho per lo meno dargli una lezione di vita istruzione sulla materia educazione e visite psichiatriche io mi sono ritrovata per ben due volte aggredita insultata e si e rifiutato di farmi sia un esposto che una denuncia usando come arma il suo grado abuso di potere
