I love all kinds of stationery and this place excels at it. Conversation worthy stuff available here at duty free Rome airport.

The lady at the till was unnecessarily ride to the customer before me, she was clearly not suitable to work in a public environment. She was annoyed by everything and everyone. Totally unknown the words please and thank you. Very disappointing as the store is really nice. Hope she was just having a bad day.
