As a wedding planner working with destination weddings, I am often faced with brides arriving with their dress totally creased. I have also seen the damage a 5 star hotel can do to a wedding dress being sent to be ironed, so I got in touch with Paola, who was fantastic! She came to the brides hotel, collected the dress at the agreed time, delivered it back beautifully pressed and ready for the brides big day. Highly recommend for her professionalism, communication and skill working with such a delicate dress.
