For internationals: better service than in viale Doria but still don't expect them to speak English. Arrive before 11 and with ALL documents.

Always is so full. No priority for moms with little babies. Personnel is always very tired and stressed but they are quite quick

Aperto dalle 8 alle 11.30 nei soli giorni di martedì e giovedì. Chi arriva prima dell'orario di chiusura e prende il numerino (alle 11.30 pumtuali tolgono la co lonnina) riesce sicuramente ad essere "servito". I tre sportelli di solito sono tutti aperti e la coda è abbastanza veloce.

Sono stato due volte in questi uffici, e agli sportelli ho trovato persone veramente gentili e preparate. Penso che chi abbia attribuito a questo servizio una sola stella, dovrebbe fare un esame di coscienza e domandarsi se le domande che aveva posto agli impiegati erano sufficientemente chiare. In Italia molte persone si lamentano di tutto...per favore amiamo di più la nostra Italia....
