TIM as a company is not secure. I got my SIM card with 4 G and within 2 days my GB were all finsihed so I went back to see what was wrong and they told me that they have a security problem with new SIM cards that hackers can come in and steal their GB and clients need to go back and get this blocked????? I'm sorry what kind of company does not have a proper secureity system put into place to protect their clients? TIM is a big company and should be preventing this!!!TIM is well aware of this problem and clients need to pay more and buy more so it is clear why they do not have a security system in place. I ahve now switched to WIND and I will spread the word on how horrible this company is to not put a security system in place to protect their clients! TIM get your act together and fix this issue? are you guys runned by the mafia or is this just a scam and people are too iggnorant to do anythign about it. You have lost many customers.

Centro TIM ok
Ho attivato una chiavetta internet in negozio per non avere fregature. Ho chiesto di disattivare tutti i servizi aggiuntivi. Puntualmente, passato un mese dall'attivazione, ecco che la TIM mi addebita 2 per un servizio sconosciuto che il negoziante non ha disattivato al momento della stipula del contratto.
Il lunedì è difficile per tutti, ma entrare in negozio ed essere accolti col sorriso ti cambia la giornata! Grazie Mattia per la gentilezza e la competenza!! Centro pulitissimo e rifornito di ogni cosa! Parcheggio adiacente in bellissima posizione!! Consigliatissimo
Atendimento 10!!! Pessoal muito atencioso e bem preparado! Bem ao contrário da TIM da Piazza Cadorna, onde o atendimento é pessimo!
