Great service. I ordered a table at a great price a few years ago. Even with delivery from Italy at a better price than buying from the central London showroom of a high end retailer in the UK. My last order was delayed because of delivery service disputes with the manufacturer but Milia kept me up to date throughout the process. Dependable.

My experiences with Stefano have been perfect. It seems he works 24 hours a day. He communicates well and honestly. His only interest is to provide the best service he can from a distance. I have done a number of orders with him and we have not had any challenges. He makes the actual costs available to me and they have been very accurate on my orders. Recently he added a payment system that is very easy to use and I appreciate that. It seems that some people here who have had negative experiences did not understand international shipping and do not realize that DHL is not a perfect carrier and that terrible things happen in shipments sometimes. I have had problems with DHL in the past and it can be very confusing to work with them. I am very careful and thoughtful when I make an order and I take my time to make sure I am understanding the product, shipping method and crating/packaging correctly before I finalize an order. Just make sure that the paperwork is correct (this is Stefano's job) and anticipate VAT (Stefano will estimate these for you) charges and, depending on the order, local delivery charges. Also, again be clear about how the products are to be crated and if it doesn't feel quite safe spend the money to crate properly. Stefano will crate things in whatever way will make the shipment safer but you have to make sure to be very clear with him. I have enjoyed working with Stefano so much that I am going to make a trip especially to see him someday when I can.
