Beautiful place, view and good feeling. We were attracted by waiter and everything was ok except that big beer from menu was for 6 EUR and we got cashed for 7 EUR.

I can’t really relate to the bad reviews. The Cafe has very friendly staff, nice seating with a beautiful view and a broad selection of home made ice cream and granite (which they are very passionate about). The drink prices may come with a small premium but I have never been to a place that has a location benefit and does not monetize on it - no harm done. We went there twice and everything was really good. In the afternoon nice snacks are offered with your drink, which is always a great extra non-Italians - we are just not used to such luxury
My favorite place to go for a drink in Ortigia. Amazing drinks and great view especially around sunset.

A nice Gelateria, especially at Sunset This coffee shop and Gelateria is located right at the Marina. It was really a good spot to sit and enjoy a pistachio Granita and a coffee right in front of the sea, waiting for the sunset which on a clear day is absolutely glorious. The Granita is not the best ever, but still very good and the prices are fair. I'd recommend this Gelateria as a relaxing place to have a rest after a long walking day , and to fill your batteries before the coming evening.
