Horrid customer support as they don't even bother acknowledging or responding to your order issues. I had an issue with my order as the side table from an outdoor furniture set didn't get delivered. They instead delivered an extra paid of lounge chairs that I had not ordered and have no space or use for. I've contacted them twice and have received no response. It's been two months now since that delivery and I have yet to hear anything. Will not be ordering from them again. So disappointed.
Worst customer service ever. Bought 158 euro merchandise, paid by credit card and when I asked to change me a 50 to get a coffee from their vending machine she refused with the rudest of replies.. and a vulgar manner.. sorry I don't speak English I don't open cash machine to give you change. They wouldn't even return my purchases
