If it were possible to give zero stars, I would give zero. I paid a small fortune for this business to pack and ship my goods from Napoli to Athens. Everything arrived broken. The. packing job was terrible, almost like they wanted everything to break. They were careless and unprofessional. They should not be in the shipment business. I warn anyone to not frequent this establishment. Go elsewhere. They do not have any expertise and are terrible at their job. Stay away. And furthermore, this company was paid to complete the packing and instead of taking care, they botched the job. They are a paragon of unprofessionalism and refuse to assume responsibility for their errors. I suggest booking directly with Fedex because these guys are useless.

I was in Italy on vacation last week and bought some stuff that was too big to bring back in my suitcase. These guys were awesome. Very friendly, offered me water while I waited and I received the package the day after I arrived back in Georgia, US. Just as they promised. Thanks so much Simone!
This Mail Boxes Etc. Was exceptional! I was visiting from the United States and ended up buying a very fragile item that needed to be shipped back. Vincenzo and his staff were amazing! My item arrived to the US in perfect condition! The packing and shipping was wonderful! I highly recommend this location for all of your shipping needs! I can not thank you enough!!!

Complimenti ai ragazzi del centro. Oltre ad essere professionali hanno attuato un perfetto piano anticovid sars2 ovvero porta sempre aperta, per far circolare l aria, plexiglass tra bancone e clienti e non per ultimo indossano mascherine fpp2 quelle consigliate dall Inail. Hanno speditoboer me u giradischi per Amazon ed ho avuto anche rimborso, ovviamente chiamando Amazon. Bravi. Siete un vero esempio per napoli che miltissimi negozianti non usano questo protocollo, spessissimo non indossano nemmeno le mascherine o al massimo sotto al naso. Se tutti avessero usato il protecollo come voi oggi 23 luglio 2020 non staremo in emergenza con possibilità di chiusura e meno circolazione del virus. per strada ancora persone senza mascherine come nei bar.
