I had the most lovely experience shopping at the store. The shop attendant (whose name I did not get!) was absolutely wonderful--kind, knowledgeable, happy to help, but not pushy. The sale going on was amazing--some of my favorite products were half-off! I can't wait to come back, once my wallet recovers. :)

Rome most authoritative soap use, all kinds of soap are, sent several times to friends, friends say, so strongly recommend this. The overall space layout is also very comfortable.

Colorful, good smelling, energetic and lovely store. The energy level of the staff is really amazing
I've bpught this hair shampoo from them, told them that the box is too big to be accepted on an airplane so they gave me 3 boxes of 100g each so I could separate them. After i got home and got to work i was surprised to see the whole thing fit in only two boxes, which means 200g. Thank you lush! I will definetly buy from you again!
Amazing place. I bought some cosmetics there and presents for my siblings when I was on vacation. I really recommend this shop :)
The shop is super cute and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful (but not pushy at all). Two of the girls talked to us in Spanish (even though I speak Italian too) and all of them speak English which I think is really useful and nice for the other tourists. There is a great variety of products and I think the prices match the value.
A bit disappointed to discover that the product from the shelf was 3 months old. We are used to our products being made fresh to order from the UK so I didn't bother to check and bought a large tub to last me. Hopefully I will manage to use it all in the 10 months left before expiry. On the plus side the sales girl was lovely, spoke excellent English and knew her products extremely well she gave an A plus service from beginning to end.
