Family Constellation India

The staff was extremely rude. We spent about half hour in the shop and saw various things. When we started to leave the sales woman got very angry as we had not bought anything. She started to shout at my parents and me that we wasted their time. That in Italy you can't enter a shop and spend time and not buy. My parents are both 75 years old and it was shocking to see this lady's rudeness towards them. We tried to explain to them that we we did not find anything we wanted to buy. I would Suggest they change their attitude as people come to see places and not necessarily buy.

The finest lace in the world. But why would I buy 2000.00 euros worth of tablecloth for a table cloth. Call me if it's less than a thousand.

We were introduced by a staff about lace history and technique in Burano. She then invited us to go upstairs to their gallery to take a look at the exceptional handmade pieces, which we did with invitation. However after spending no more then 5 minutes upstairs, another staff told us we have to buy something, and not just look as it is a shop and not a museum. She was rude and ushered us out. To be honest, if it weren't for the dear price (300 for a small lace coaster) I would have liked to buy it as it was work of art and beautiful. 3 star because of rude service.

Came here one a Murano/Burano boat tour that I purchased on Viator. Store with lace laboratory. Bought 6 lace handmade large doilies and one machine made with colored flowers and gold trim all beautiful for under 100 euro. They had lots of table cloths and runners - in the 100-300 euro range. They also had Christmas decorations upstairs. Service was helpful and friendly to me.
