We had a pleasant time staying here. The location is beautiful, Piazza di Spagna. The staff Francesco and Martha were superb. Will gladly stay there again. Si si Ma Certo. Piacere!

Lovely location. Rooms good size. Typical Italian hotel, no milk for tea or coffee. Breakfast is basic but the polish girl who serves you is wonderful. Overall a great stay for 3 nights.
Our stay has been absolutely great! The staff has been super attentive. It began even before we got here to confirm our needs and to make sure they could make our stay a great one from the get go, which was much appreciated with an 11 month old (Thanks Mauro!) The location is excellent! Right next to Piazza di Spagna, Metro and the main high-end shopping area. It was a convenient location that meant we could even come back in the afternoon for an afternoon nap, which we needed with the baby. The room is also of high quality. We got the Queen bedroom. Breakfast was also great to have in the morning without having to get ready and not having to go further than a few steps. Mauro and his staff have made our vacation smooth sailing and highly recommend it. We'll be sure to come stay here if we're ever back in Rome! Thank you Inn Spagna Deluxe!
The best ever in Rome but the rooms are small. Highly recommend plz note their front desk working hours.

Se non si cerca il lusso questo B&B è davvero un'ottima scelta. Solo per la posizione , nel cuore di Roma, a due passi da Piazza di Spagna e dalle vie dello shopping, vale il punteggio massimo. Posto comunque molto tranquillo Stanza pulita ed essenziale con frigobar, macchina del caffè, Tv. Colazione soddisfacente con fette biscottate/pane e marmellata, brioche , yogurt e cereali , the/caffè. Personale gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato
Posizione fantastica, stanze molto pulite e colazione ok, peccato le imposte che sono bloccate e gli scarichi intasati...... Ma ci tornerei
