Exceptional! This experience made our trip to Tuscany a lifelong memory. Alessandro was our driver for the day as we visited Tirrenia, Pisa and Volterra. He was polite, experienced and made the day one we will never forget. He also made last minute dinner reservations for us at one of the most popular restaurants in Florence along with the best table that overlooked unobstructed views of Florence. Hands down this experience was worth every dollar spent. Highly Recommend. The office staff was also exceptional in setting our day up. Thank you Alessandro!

Absolutely fantastic service. I needed to get my daughter from Florence airport to the university for her study abroad semester. The Hire in Italy team was extremely responsive and helpful. The driver met my daughter at baggage claim just as they said he would. I was also informed that he was \super sweet and carried all of her luggage\. They also let a travel companion who was part of the same program who had not yet arranged transportation to the university hop in the car at no charge. These guys are awesome.

We used Hire In Italy for a driver to take us to the towns in which my ancestors had been born in. These towns are not near the normal tourist locations. Our driver, Ricardo, was punctual, provided for our comfort, and quickly and safely got us to our destination. He provided background information that helped us understand the region as well as advice on how to meet our objectives. He was quick to adapt when I made mistakes, and helped us to make a potential family connection by sharing our journey with the residents in his very engaging manner. So thankful that we called hire Italy to help us on our trip. Our flights were delayed by one day and they had no problem picking us up and taking us to our new location at short notice. We had the perfect day exploring Tuscany thanks to Alessandro, our driver, and the Hire in Italy team. We left from Florence and headed towards Montalcino. On the way, Alessandro suggested a stop at the American-Florence Cemetery, which was inspiring. From there we went to a winery we selected followed by lunch at a winery arranged by Hire in Italy. The wine and lunch were outstanding. After quick stops in the villages of Montalcino and San Gimignano it was back to Florence. Alessandro was a perfect driver in every respect. We highly recommend Hire in Italy to anyone who would like a care-free way to explore Italy.
