I don't know why of the last review is so hard. My hubby and I went today to this shop to find some shampoo and an hairdye for my hair. the girl working there was smiling (a rare thing in Italy) she was helpful, she was competent and she told us they are going to be opened all August! Refreshing attitude! Love you gals Brave!

Negozio piccolo e, per me, poco accogliente (forse per le luci, la disposizione, ...). Diversi prodotti, ma poco valorizzati. La commessa non molto cordiale ed accogliente. Insomma, mi sono trovata molto meglio in un altro negozio della catena.

Commessa scortese, presuntuosa e maleducata. Siamo sicuri che queste persone abbiano realmente le competenze necessarie per lavorare in un negozio del genere? Perche' devo comprare per forza cio' che dicono loro non avendo chiesto nessun consiglio e soprattutto perche' dare tanta confidenza ai clienti se di base manca? Signori della casa valutate un po' meglio il personale che inserite .
