It ia almost mandatory to stop here and buy some of their wonderful products. Yoghurt is fantastic but, of course, cheese is the king of this dairy structure that's one of the most important enterprise of the Aveto Valley. Sarassu is a tipical local kind of salted ricotta. I suggest the San Ste cheese, especially the most seasoned versione (they normally have three different agings of it).

Davvero interessante per i prodotti locali di nicchia. Si scoprono specialità della zona come il sarazzu.Yogurt eccezionale!

Yogurt colato, qualcosa d incredibilmente buono, molto di più di quello colato proveniente dalla Grecia. Solo 2 ingredienti latte intero e fermenti lattici, delizioso, unico. Prendo le confezioni da 1 kg (bianco naturale) mi dura 3 giorni... Praticando ciclismo a livello agonistico e' un alimento top. Il migliore il più buono il più naturale che esista(ne ho provati d tutte le marche ma non ci si avvicinano neanche) Ci metto dentro un cucchiaino d burro d arachidi (ovviamente senza, zuccheri), un po' di cannella, e ne esce fuori una colazione, un dessert, uno spuntino eccezionale.
