Oh man! The best Italy cooking class experience we've had yet. We did the zoom class and hoped to be able to make some authentic Rome style food and that is exactly what we found. We'll be coming back several times. Hugely recommend.

This is an awesome Experience with a Roman chef - Guido is the real deal if you are looking to learn how to make italian cuisine! Great for remote team building sessions. Sally goes out of her way to ensure you have all the needed ingredients, and shares images and insights from the surrounding countryside which helps ensure an authentic Italian experience.

Amazing to learn all about olive oil and its special heritage from this region just outside of Rome. The Half-Day Olive Oil Tour is a \must do\ for anyone visiting Rome. We enjoyed a fabulous tour of the olive tree groves in lovely Sabine region, where olive oil production has been taking place at least since the first century. Every direction the eye can look, you’ll find gorgeous olive tree groves with trees of all ages, including Europe’s largest olive tree, whose age is . . . well I’ll just leave that as something you’ll need to book the tour to learn. We learned what “D.O.P.” means and why it is important when selecting olive oil, cheese, and other regional products. We learned the important difference between regular olive oil and extra virgin olive oil, and how this has a significant impact on the taste of the product. I sampled local olive oil, which surprised me with its quality of being more like a “juice” than an oil, with delicate tastes of grass and plants, followed by a surprising kick which is one of the trademarks of olive oil from this region. Then we enjoyed a special lunch featuring local products and recipes with epic panoramic views of the area and the nearby Farfa Abbey (Abbazia di Farfa). I highly recommend this tour to anyone who would like to learn more about the heritage that is olive oil.

We had the good fortune to meet Sally and Guido in their home in Italy for a cooking class a few years ago. It was a highlight of our trip to Rome, so we knew we would love to see them again and experience their Virtual Live Italian Cooking Class. It was spectacular! They are just as charming and encouraging on Zoom as they were in person. We had a lovely party and ended up with darn good ravioli and a renewed interest in doing more pasta making at home. We can’t wait for the next class!

Found Guido’s cooking class on line. My husband loves pasta so I decided I would love to learn how to make Gnocchi. Guido and his wife Sally are spot on when it comes to signing up . You let them know an within 24 hrs you have a class ! Honest people who want to please you with there knowledge of Italian cooking... I signed up with someone else 4 weeks ago an the class has been canceled 3 times !!! Still haven’t heard an paid for the class upfront. Go with this couple an you will really enjoy the class...I would like to take a class that they teach for a whole week an stay in there area next yr. Thanks again Diana from USA
