Wouldn't say it's a really bad car rental but had some better service with other companies. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait to get service and have been quite annoyed with them when waiting to bring a car back. Was 5 minutes late then waited half an hour to be served and then told I could be charged for being late....! So be aware. Didn't get charged that time but thought hey never gonna use you again and went to another firm thereafter.

This company is a complete scam, avoid it like the plague! When we arrived at their office, no staff at the reception. We had to wait for 20 minutes before an unfriendly staff arrived. Their IT-Systems look like something from the 90's, unfriendly personnel and inefficiently organized reception. Paid the full amount online, went to their premises only to find out that I cannot have the car that I paid for. They won't let us pay the deposit online or cash. They wouldn't hand out the car unless I enter the PIN at their POS, not even a possibility to pay the deposit online or other cards or cash, just POS. When I asked how can I cancel the reservation, the staff said to cancel it online, however, it's impossible to cancel online and there's no possibility to get the refund as well. What a scam!
