At first glance Bistrot Cuor seems like the average, small, unassuming cafeteria style cafe in the centre of Palermo. However the food is far more than average. It is delicious and great value for money. The seafood platter for 20 Euros was huge and included fresh seafood including octopus, salmon and anchovies. The spaghetti can be ordered gluten free and the choice is large with interesting variations. The dessert options include baked goods, cake and ice cream. The cannoli was fresh and offered in four different flavours. The portion sizes are generous and you will definitely leave satisfied. The service was efficient, cordial and friendly. Bistrot Cuor is a great spot of lunch offering good value and delicious food with lots of choice.

Food was amazing. The server was able to speak English. Great environment. I would definitely recommend going if you haven’t already. They give you more than enough food for the price.
Cosy little bistro. Big tasty portions of pasta and very reasonable prices. Tricky to get a table around 7-8pm in the evening inside as the place has only 4 tables and most are booked in advance. The sitting area outside is tiny and on a busy main road with lots of cars passing near the tables.
Delicious food, everyone left happy and satisfied. I had pasta with seafood, two bruschettas and a drink for 8,90 - great value for money. The staff is very friendly too. Would recommend!
Loved this spot! After reading reviews, we decided to give it a go! Small little spot but the food was lovely and I had all gluten free options for an extra 2! Cheap prices and lovely food. Would defs go!
