After repeated email confirmations that they would be open on a public holiday, they were closed with no notification that no one would be available. My wife and 8 mth old had to make other plans at considerable expense. Definitely one to avoid if possible

We rented a car ( Alfa Romeo Giulietta ) grom Avis, puck up Perugia station and drop off in Milano. I have no word to describe how polite and helpful was Giuseppe from the office right next to the Perugia central station. He was able to find and provide us with the right solution. The car was great and we had a pleasant trip to Milano. Big big thanks to Giuseppe and Avis. Highly recommended!

I have been renting automobiles from this agency for many years. Signor Ricci stands behind the cars that he rents. If there was any problem with a car , he quickly made an exchange. He speaks English very well, so there should be no problem in communication for English speakers.
