I signed up for a cooking class with Ariana. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect the most beautiful adventure. First and foremost, Ariana and her team were so warm and thoughtful. They listened to all questions and we all learned so much. Then we traveled to an incredibly beautiful and historic home. Rita, the homeowner, who opened up her home to us for our cooking lessons, enthralled us with the history of the farm and the Temple of Minerva Medic And then the cooking! The meal we all put together was something out of the movie Under The Tuscan Sun. If you are planning a trip to Tuscany, sign up with Ariana and Friends for all kinds of tours. You will be happy and content with your experiences

We did a Pizza & Pasta cooking class with our two boys (ages 6 and 8) and it was my favorite part of our week in Tuscany. Rita was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The setting is gorgeous and we learned quite a bit as well, not to mention having some wonderful food that we all prepared together. Highly recommend.

We had the BEST Thanksgiving! We opted to take the private cooking class and chose the ravioli, risotto and apple pear cake. Everything was wonderful! The chefs careful explanation and patience with us, the attention to detail and sharing family secrets and traditions made for the most memorable time. The only thing we wished was that we would have been provided with recipes but I got the sense everything made was truly by heart and may be hard to document. Truly such a memorable experience. Thank you to Arianna and team!
