The Apple store here meets the expectations of every other Apple store. The store is very modern, sleek, and full of the latest and greatest from Apple. Compared to the US, prices are quite hefty which is understandable with the taxes and other fees associated with bringing them here and selling. During these trying times, the Apple store is handling the pandemic situation extremely well ensuring everyone passes the temperature check and sanitize their hands. Necessary measures are taken to ensure that the store is also not too crowded. They speak enough English to fulfill your needs and answer questions!

I had my MacBook Pro repaired here and the staff were very helpful. I wanted to buy an iPad however, but their stock level was incredibly low hence 3 stars only.

I was surprised in a good way. Except the fact that my appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, because of the covid19 restrictions, I have nothing to complain. I went there to benefit from the iwatch screen replacement program and everything went smooth as it should. The staff was great and very good English speaking. Thumbs-up.

A surprisingly pleasant experience. Let me begin with the statement that I am decidedly NOT an Apple fan boy. I have a strong preference for android in general, and Samsung in specific. However, my wife has an equally strong iOS preference. We went to replace my wife's malfunctioning and aging iPhone 7. I expected that this was going to be a frustrating and truncated, Italian only shopping experience. This was combined with my historical experience with Apple Stores that are overcrowded, with no help, and an overall poor shopping experience. The reality couldn't have been more different. After a brief exchange in Italian to express our needs, the staff switched to English. We told our assistant what we wanted, and he immediately set us at ease, walking us through the options. There was little in the way of waiting for assistance. After my wife made her selection, it was brought out to us. Our assistant helped us choose a screen protector and new case to protect the shiny new toy, then installed them for us using professional equipment that we would not have had access to, guaranteeing a perfect fit and finish. As if that wasn't enough, he then transferred the old sim card and data from the old phone, ran the restart cycle, and then walked my wife through setup and all of the features of her new phone. We could not have been more pleased with this shopping experience. It was almost enough to make me think of switching back to iPhone... almost ;)
