Horrible service, the entire check in staff for flight united airlines 9079 taking off on jan 15 at 7:15 am definitely need more training on customer service, or they need to be fired. They were incredibly rude to the customers and had no initiative to help customers to get what they need. They need to train themselves to refrain from phrases such as \you can get away\, \hurry up\. The place to get mask is over at an obscure cafe within the terminal, they should have set it up over at check in counter instead. This is a failure of airport leadership, I expect better from Airport Marco Polo.
Today was great very well organised as long as you are . I advice check with your airline on travel arrangements before arrival to check in it will save you a lot of stress . Be safe
Current restrictions mean it is not crowded and you can get to your flight gate easily. Most shops are open in the main terminal but things become more limited once you pass passport control to reach selected gates. Reasonable wifi. Clean.
Light modern and airy. Everything is still closed tho.
